Nkwa Health is built by Frempong Labs, a UK software studio, working inside the daily reality of a Ghanaian clinic — the paper, the queue, the network that drops, the phone in every hand.

“Nkwa” means life in Twi. The platform exists to help clinics protect and restore it — quietly, reliably, and faster than the paper it replaces.

We ship small and verify hard. The AI drafts; a named clinician decides. That principle is the product, not a caveat.
